Our team of 60 highly skilled professionals, including engineers, architects, project managers, painters, general contractors, electricians, roofers, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and metal workers, successfully completed a major renovation of Carrington Court Apartments in Lake Charles, LA. Over four months, we renovated 93 units and 81,375 sq ft of space. The comprehensive scope of work included electrical and plumbing rough-in and finishes, HVAC installation, insulation, drywall setup, painting, flooring, interior doors and trim installation, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, and fixture installations. Additionally, we repaired exterior siding, painted two courtyards, installed metal staircases and balconies, replaced window glass, and set up exterior lighting across the campus. We also installed over 100 water boilers and conducted extensive concrete repairs. Our team ensured all necessary city permits were obtained and provided fully licensed and insured services, completing all tasks within the projected timeline.
